We treat your home like it’s our own. That means showing up in clean uniforms and removing shoes if requested. We keep our trucks and equipment clean, and we make sure your items stay that way too. Feel free to request specific items to be blanket wrapped. Mattress covers are included in all moves.

We will box up upon request, be sure you make a note of this during the call/text.

What to Expect on Moving Day
Courtesy Call:
We will give you a call 15 minutes before we arrive at the pick up location.
Walk Through:
After we park the truck, we introduce ourselves and begin the walk-through of your home. This is where we get to take mental notes of what we need to do for the day.
Packing & Furniture Prep:
If it's been requested, we will do any packing or prepping of furniture for the move.
The Load Up:
As soon as the walk-through is finished, we begin loading. Most of our movers have been foremen for multiple other moving companies, so expect to see all workers moving and stacking the truck.
Stacking:
A key part to a successful move is stacking the truck. We stack accordingly to your move, finding the balance between fitting all of your items and the quickest way to stack the truck.
Transport to Drop-off:
We generally do not take a lunch break, but if we do need to grab water or a quick snack, I track the time we are stopped and deduct it from your bill.
The Unload:
Truck gets parked, then we do a quick walk-through, so we know where each room is and where you would like the boxes and larger items to go.
Payment & Documents:
After the initial walk-through I will hand you the “Scope of Move” paper to fill out and sign. This document confirms the details of the move and the hourly rate.
When the move is complete, I will go over the invoice with you and calculate the bill. We accept Credit or Debit Tap-to-Pay (2.7%fee), Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Check.
Clock starts after the truck is parked and ends once the last item is place in your home
Showing Support/Gratuity:
If you are happy with your move, we accept tips, and they are greatly appreciated but never required. The tips are split evenly between the crew. If you would like to leave a review, Google or Facebook is preferred because Yelp continues to remove reviews left by customers. Please feel free to share your experience with family and friends!
